Restaurants NOT on DDP?

Is there a list somewhere of any/all restaurants that are NOT on the dining plan? We're not going to be on it, so I'm wondering if it's at all possible and/or smart to try and work in some places to eat that arn't on the dining plan.

Here's a list of participating. I don't know of a list of those that don't participate. I think a majority of the park/resort restaurants participate.

the only disney ones i'm certain of are Victoria & Alberts and Bistro de Paris. and the reason why they're not on it isn't to give non-DDPers a reasonable alternative.

I think Bistro even has its own ADR time window. like 30 days or something like that.

For the official word, go to www.disneyworld.com. In the search engine, put in Magic Your Way With Dining. The search will lead you to a printable brochure.

i'll assume that works but in my experience, disney sometimes makes it hard to find things, so.. this is a direct link the 2007 DDP brochure

Blue Zoo is not on the plan. Nor is Shula's.

None of the Swan and Dolphin restaurants are on it - Gullivers, the pool cafes (splash grill?) and Dolphin Fountain. Also the new italian place there. And Kimonos.
