Restaurants near SW and DC

We will be going to DC for our 15th wedding anniversary! We plan on spending the whole day there; it will be me, DH, DS11 and DS13!

I was wondering if there is a restaurant close by that we could stop in to eat after our day at DC? I'm looking for something in between fancy and casual. Family friendly and not a chain. We like all types of food from pizza to seafood, to steak, etc...also would like to have a glass of wine to celebrate.

Do you think that's a good idea? Part of me thinks we might be pretty full when we leave DC (since we can eat throughout the day) and pretty tired.

My other thought is to head back to the hotel/timeshare (not sure of the location) and shower, relax and then head out later.

Any thoughts?

Lets see, not a chain, family friendly and nearby.Idrive has lots of restauraunts on it.Some are chains and some arent.
Theres a Chinese rest and also a pizza place that are next door to each other and maybe a block north of SW.NW(Left corner,other side of the intersection) corner of Westwood and Idrive, behind where Steak and Ale used to be.(Last I heard they were closed and had a fire right after they closed and never reopend under any name).
Turn right out of DC parking lot, then left on Idrive and go to the inetersection before the 528 bridge and its on the left.

If you go straight, past Idrive, theres a Publix shopping center behind the McDonalds, theres another Chinese rest, I think called Pearls, and a Italian Pizzeria, that serves different types of Italian foods, and has a liqour selection.

Theres a Friendlys and a few other rest, the further north on Idrive you go.

Also, someplace else I just thought of, is a place called Cafe Tu Tu Tangos.Its a few miles north of SW, and serves food in appetizer sizes, and lots of it.It also has a floor show in it.

International Drive north of Sea World is chock full of restaurants,there's too many to choose from.Another area right by International Drive that has a few more upscale places and is called Restaurant Row by locals is on Sand Lake Rd just north of I-4.To get there just make a left turn from International Drive on Sand Lake rd if you're coming from Sea World.
