Restaurants near DTD

Going to Typhoon Lagoon and probably will want dinner / food when we leave. I am familiar with the DTD restaurants - but what other restaurants ( non Disney ) are in the general area that you can recommend?

There are a lot of restaurants on 535, which is down the street from DTD. I'm a big fan of Chevy's, which is a "Fresh Mex" restaurant. Apparently another popular one over there is Sweet Tomatoes, soup/salad/pasta/etc buffet. Haven't tried it, but will be checking it out on my October trip. But there are tons of other restaurants over there like Olive Garden, TGI Fridays, Perkins, etc. Typhoon Lagoon is also fairly close to I-4 so you can hop on that and take it a few exits to I-Drive near the Convention Center. Maggiano's is a yummy Italian restaurant over there, and I hear a lot about Seasons 52 which I believe is further down near Sand Lake. But there are plenty of other restaurants over there too.

Like WhateverLolaWants, I really love Chevy's as well! The fajita burritos are to die for!

However, if you are in the mood for pizza, my favorite restaurant in the area is Giordano's. They have the best authentic Chicago stuffed pizza!!!
