I am hoping to get some sort of a response about my question here. I got no response on the other thread. This is our 1st trip to Universal. I read somewhere that there is a pasta buffet at Portafino Resort. I would love to find any information anyone has on this buffet.

My family usually eats at that buffet every time we stay at PBH. We go to the one that is on the weekend (I think) because it is the buffet that has more than just pasta. It had a very nice selection of food, made to order pasta (add the meat you want, if any), cheeses, fruit, salads, other hot items, soups, great deserts, and a cute kiddy area with lots of choices. We have been pleased the last three years. I am looking forward to trying it again this year!
