My kids of that age would choose to go to Dave and Busters.
It's just past Penns Landing. Very close to where you'll be.
Tons of entertainment and food.
A great time.
If it were me and DH alone, I'd go to the Chart House or Moshulu, but with kids...Dave and Busters.
