Hi,
Value for money - hmmmm with the pound doing so dismally against the euro at the moment, I think we're all noticing that our money doesn't stretch as far at DLRP as it used to. By far and away the majority of our spending money (if we don't have HB vouchers) is taken up by paying for meals.
Annettes and La Grange at Billy Bobs are available on the half board meal plans, so that does make them better value for money at the moment if you have HB vouchers.
I haven't eaten at Planet Hollywood, but have at the others.
Rainforest Cafe - I absolutely loved my meal at this restaurant, thought the portions were huge, service was a bit slow, but the surroundings (and the thunderstorms) made up for that. I used my Dream AP discount here, and really didn't think the price was that bad.
Annettes - this is a firm favourite of mine and DD's, we try to eat here once each trip. I've never had a burger there, neither has DD, so I can't comment on those. The fajitas are pretty good though, and the salads look good too. I love the real lemonade they serve - really tart, makes you suck your cheeks in. I think possibly the portion sizes have reduced a little here, but I still think this restaurant is pretty good value for money.
La Grange at Billy Bobs - as you say, an all you can eat buffet. I personally thought this was great value for money (we used HBplus vouchers here) - a really good range of starters, mains and desserts.
Have a look at the restaurant thread we have, it has reviews for all the restaurants you're considering
