Hi I am going to DLP in 3 weeks. I was wondering what do people think about Annettes Diner, Planet Hollywood, Rainforest Cafe and the Billy bob all you can eat one? If you have tried them what in your personal oppinion did you think for value for money etc?
Thanks

If you go to the top of the page you will find a restaurant review thread which is kept pretty up to date with reviews :)

Personally I love Rainforest Cafe and Annettes but it is personal choice and there is always different opinions but the reviews will give you a good idea and there are lots of pics on there too

Hope this helps

all i have tried is annettes and it was so good. we ate there twice. they do a meal for 19.95 where you get a choice of burgers and chips, a drink and a brownie with ice cream or a coffee. my mom got the battered fish and that was gorgous.

im hoping to eat in the rainforest cafe next time

have a look at the restaraunt review thread above to give you a better idea

Hi,

Value for money - hmmmm with the pound doing so dismally against the euro at the moment, I think we're all noticing that our money doesn't stretch as far at DLRP as it used to. By far and away the majority of our spending money (if we don't have HB vouchers) is taken up by paying for meals.

Annettes and La Grange at Billy Bobs are available on the half board meal plans, so that does make them better value for money at the moment if you have HB vouchers.

I haven't eaten at Planet Hollywood, but have at the others.

Rainforest Cafe - I absolutely loved my meal at this restaurant, thought the portions were huge, service was a bit slow, but the surroundings (and the thunderstorms) made up for that. I used my Dream AP discount here, and really didn't think the price was that bad.

Annettes - this is a firm favourite of mine and DD's, we try to eat here once each trip. I've never had a burger there, neither has DD, so I can't comment on those. The fajitas are pretty good though, and the salads look good too. I love the real lemonade they serve - really tart, makes you suck your cheeks in. I think possibly the portion sizes have reduced a little here, but I still think this restaurant is pretty good value for money.

La Grange at Billy Bobs - as you say, an all you can eat buffet. I personally thought this was great value for money (we used HBplus vouchers here) - a really good range of starters, mains and desserts.

Have a look at the restaurant thread we have, it has reviews for all the restaurants you're considering :)

We went to Billy Bobs on Monday night and it was great!

Will definitely go back! If we have a spare evening one trip!

We have eaten at the Rain Forest Cafe and had a fab time...

The food was lovely, our waiter was attentive and made a fuss of the kids, the atmosphere was great, very relaxing......would definately eat there again...

We loved Annettes, had two great dinners there.

You haven't mentioned it, but we also had a fantastic meal at King Ludwigs at Disney Village. You can't use dining vouchers there but we really had a fantastic meal there. When we would be talking about going for dinner DS just wanted to go back to the castle, he loved it too (although that could have had something to do with the store on the way out, full of dragons and knights and he was hoping to buy some souvenirs :rotfl: )

i've been in all of the restaurants in the village.
and to be honest i really have nothing bad to say about any of them.
planet hollywood is one of my favorites. oh and if you don't eat much don't order alot of food because the portions are quite large

WE LOVE ANNETTES!!!:cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:
The kids absolutley loved it, Waiter service on rollerskates, Dancing on the countertops, food on frisbee's and a menu that turns into a car:cheer2:
WHATS NOT TO LOVE:goodvibes
Food was smashing too!!!
