restaurants for Silver Plan

We were thinking about doing the silver plan for our honeymoon, but after looking up menu's, shows, and tours, it doesn't really seem worth it. We are going for 9 nights, so that leaves us with 36 wishes. By the time I added everything up, it basically evened out. Also it seemed like we would be pushing ourselves to eat, go on tours, see shows, and anything else, to get our money's worth. We basically want to have a relaxing honeymoon, where we have one sit-down meal a day and roam around as we please. What does everyone think? Do you think it's a good deal? Am I missing out?

I found myself having the same problem for my 6 night honeymoon. What I'm going to do is break the trip up into two packages. The first three nights we'll add on the silver plan and the last three nights we'll just do the dream maker plan. Doing some pencil pushing I found that we will save money this way. I want to go on two tours, see both dinner shows, and the Cirque du Soleil, which is the exact number of wishes we receive for three nights. Booking this way saved us $175. If you only want to do a few of the wish features explore your options with booking separate packages. You will have to check in and out, but most likely will not have to change rooms. Good luck!

The way to make the Silver package work for you...is if you book the most expensive restaurants in WDW. We did just that! The only problem is...those restaurants serve courses! Be prepared to spend alot of time in the restaurants. That was the 1 reason DH disliked the plan. He felt like too much time was spent eating. I liked the plan personally because you never have to worry about money!
