Can anyone recommend some good breakfast places (not too much $$$) near cypress point? Since we are no longer staying at HIFS (well I haven't cancelled yet) there's no breakfast buffet and i dont want to cook every day. On vacation DH loves a big breakfast since we usually dont stop for lunch.

I have read the restaurant threads over and over. They really only mention lunch/dinner places.

There is a Shoney's with a breakfast buffet as you get back on the main street Apopka-Vineland. My DH really likes to go there, but he is used to Poptarts for breakfast!!! There is also a Denny's that serves breakfast anytime and a Sizzler that has a breakfast buffet (we have never had breakfast there). Burger King and McDonalds are also on that street. We usually spend some of our vacation time at DTD hotels and almost always eat breakfast in this area!!:wave2:

Sizzler , Western Sizzler , Pondersa, Shoney's, Goldern Corral, Denny's, Waffle House, IHOP

Some these places have a cut point for breakfeast so breakfeast hours varies.

Denny's, Waffle House, and IHOP serve breafeast all day.

Perkins is in the CrossRoads and serves breakfast 24/7. Golden Corral, which has a great breakfast buffet until 11:00 a.m. is just a little further down 535 on the left.

Thanks for all the breakfast places! i guess we are covered!

Lewisc ~ i still haven't cancelled HIFS........yet.....But I have booked and paid for Cypress Point.

My oldest dd is 12 and tall. The beds in the kidsuites just wont do for her and I dont want to have to open and close the sofabed every day (takes up too much room). I hate to admit it but I think (know) we have outgrown HIFS :( . The 3BR HIFS suites are too much $$$ so I opted for CP. Lots of room little cost. DH is a little skeptical about CP - he really like the convenience of the HIFS breakfast buffet. :charac2:

I guess I should cancel HIFS...... I wonder if I could pass the ressie onto someone at the DIS. Got a great rate of $103/night. I'm gonna call HIFS and find out!
