Restaurants between HS & AK ?

Can anyone tell me what resorts are inbetween these 2 parks ? we are trying to figure out somewhere to eat after leaving HS and before AK

If you head out of DHS on East Buena Vista headed for the Animal Kingdom, the only resort you are going to pass is going to be Coronado Springs.

If you take a little detour up Epcot Resorts Blvd, you could get to the Swan or Dolphin pretty easily and not be too far off route.

If you wait until you get to the Animal Kingdom parking entrance, and go just past it on Osceola Parkway, you will arrive at the Animal Kingdom Lodge.
