Restaurants at AK during evening Extra hours?

For any of you that have been to Animal Kingdom for the evening Extra Magic Hours, what restaurants are opened. I found the list of attractions, but can't find anything about the restaurants.

I'm looking at the EMH schedule that we picked up last month. For AK dining it lists: Pizzafari, Rainforest Cafe and Restaurantosaurus. We had planned to eat at Tusker House and were sad it wasn't open.

Oh, this schedule is from Feb. 13-19...I don't know if the dining selection changes at all...
