Restaurantosaurus Character Breakfast

Has anyone been to the character breakfast at Restaurantosaurus? Is yes, what did you think? We're trying to decide which one to go to and I love Donald Duck, so we're leaning towards this one, but I would like some opinions from those who have been there before I decide!

this is a favorite of ours, and 1 of only 2 places you can routinely "eat" with Donald (the other being Chef Mickeys, YUCK). This is the one character meal that 13 DS make sure we return to.

Went to Donald on 2/15 and it was good. Basic breakfast. Character interaction was good too. My 8 year old DS favorite is Donald right now. We went to Ohana's on 2/13 and it was good and fun too. I prefer the buffet vs the lazy susan at Ohana's. But the potatoes at Ohana's was great! I think Donalds food was about the same selection as Chef Mickey's.

We tried Donald's for the first time in December. We thought it was great! We will only be there for a short trip this month - but Donald's is now on our must do list. We got the latest breakfast seating available & after early entry we were able to get all of the major attractions done before breakfast!

The food was great & the character interaction was great, even for just 2 adults.

We have done this one twice. It was good both times and everyone seemed to enjoy it. It isn't my favorite but I do like it and would recommend it. Everyone's opinions are so different, it is hard to tell until you try it for yourself. Most people love CP character breakfast-- that one isn't on my 'do again' list.
I hope you enjoy it! We so rarely get to see Donald!

It's the ONLY CB that is a must do for us on every trip! The servers are a hoot with their antics.

And BTW--We were eating there when we were approached and asked to be one of the "Float Families" in the parade

I'm with ducklite it is a "must do" for us!!! We love the atmosphere, the food and especially the servers. I hope this helps.

Just like Ducklite and Mickey Ears it's the only CM we are doing this trip and a repeat for every trip. It's the best food and best interaction we have had at any CM. Donald is DS's favorite and this is the only place he is sure to be at.

We've done this every trip and usually on a non EMH day. I usually book the first sitting or close to if possible... this puts you in the park before the gates open at 9am. Youll get escorted through an empty AK to Restaurantosaurus and seated.

The meal is buffet and its free-for-all. Although the food is OK it is the character interactions I have enjoyed the most here. Be it with my 32yo brother last Sept or my Mum and the Twins in 9/2001, we've always had a great time here.

Bonus: By booking an early PS means you can usually get out before park opening. For me, that means 2 or 3 Dinosaur rides, 1 Primeval Whirl ride before the first lot of crowds appear. And with a good breakfast in your belly, I always find it helps the hot days in AK pass all that much nicer.

This has been our "First Morning Breakfast Tradition" for the past 3 three years. We love it! The charaters are very attentive and the food is good. The CM's are a hoot. Normally we book for the earliest seating, but this time it's early entry so we booked for a later time. We are hoping for at least 1 Safari Ride. I hope you give it a try... you won't be disappointed.
