Is there a restaurant that has a nice view of disneyland? I'm going on my first trip in aug/sept and I want to have my last meal there to have a view of Disneyland.
My favorite place to eat and people watch is The Riverbelle Terrace. The patio seating overlooks the Rivers of America and the Mark Twain. It is very tranquil, especially in the morning for breakfast.
What about Catal in DTD? We have never been there, but I have noticed that there is an upstairs area that seems higher than the other buildings in DTD....
Maybe someone has been there and can comment. Thanks.
Catal is in the middle of DL, I don't think you could see anything but I'm not sure. I've never eaten there, it just doesn't seem like you could see anything.
Because of the berm and the trees surrounding Disneyland, it is impossible to see inside the park from outside. The only exceptions are the "mountains". Since all the "tall" buildings were built using forced perspective, they are not visible from outside the park. Forced perspective only makes the building appear large when you are standing in front of them. Unlike at WDW, you cannot even see the castle from any other point in the park except from right by it.
