Ok...so we have the dining plan, and have some ( ;) ) ressie's already booked. Here is where we are eating so far....

Breakfast:
Whispering Canyon
Crystal Palace
Kona Cafe

Dinner:
San Angel Inn (Mexico)
'Ohana
Mama Melrose
Teppanyaki Grill (Japan)
Wolfgang Puck Cafe
Le Celier
Crystal Palace

We have one more available night for dinner....where should we go?? We are staying at the BWV, so we were thinking of something in that area or in World Showcase. Please...give some suggestions of a good place we are missing out on!! :listen:

Thanks! :sunny:

Les Chefs de France would be my top pick. Coral Reef would be another good one. Spoodles (at Boardwalk)

Liberty Tree Tavern, 1900 Park Fare (not in your preferred locations.)

If you are in Epcot area, rather than going to Epcot agisn how about going to Swan and Dolphin and either Blue Zoo or Shulas.

Love, love, love your breakfast choices! You obviously did a lot of research. Kona Cafe Tonga Toast is very good (although a little sweet for me) and coffee was very good as well. Whispering Canyon's all-you-can-eat skillet breakfast is great if you're a big morning eater who doesn't care about cholesterol! (For a once-in-awhile splurge, I think it's the best at Disney!)

We also love LeCellier and Mama Melrose -- which sometimes doesn't get the best of reviews.

As for your final dinner, we never really care about the proximity. Even if we have a really far drive, who cares -- you're at Disney and how often do you get to do that?!

Keeping that in kind -- we love Liberty Tree Tavern at MK. In the "World" we love Biergarten -- plenty of stuff for everyone, even if you're afraid of "German" food. Same for Boma -- sounds intimidating, but it's very, very good -- even for the kids.

Not to jinx you, but check out reviews on San Angel. We've never eaten there so we have no right to give an opinion, but from what I've read on these boards, it's so-so.

Anyway, have fun -- you have a great itinerary -- we'd love to come along with you!

i agree with the biergarten vote cause you get entertained very nicely while you are there. FYI, unless there are eight of you, you will share a table with strangers, that makes some people uncomfortable. :grouphug: :scared:

Love all the replies! Keep them coming! I love to hear other people's opinions -especially since everyone has a different experience!

Hmmm....Liberty Tree Tavern may be a good idea since we are planning on going to MK the night we have the open dinner slot. Not sure about Germany,though....I ran that by my whole family, and they were not too excited about that one (as for me, I would love to try it!).

Since you are staying at the BWV, how about something on the boardwalk? Two of our favorite restaurants in the world, not just Disney World, are located there.

We have eaten at Spoodles every trip since they opened and would not dream of missing it. Sometimes we have 2 or 3 meals there. Breakfast is very good, as well as dinner. We call the 4 cheese flat bread "heaven on a plate"!

Flying Fish is an excellent restaurant. the food is very very good as is the service. The decor is just beautiful. The chocolate souffle is to die for. It is 2 dining credits, I think, but I believe it would be worth it.

Personally, I would skip Teppanyaki. There are much better Japanese Steakhouse in every town in America.

Kelly -- not sure what ages your children are (or if you even have children), but our family has always voted in favor of Liberty Tree Tavern. We've been going to Disney since 1996 -- and every time, our kids vote LTT as the single restaurant that they do not want to miss!

In case you don't know, it's a colonial style restaurant that serves a traditional Thanksgiving meal. Does it compare with grandma's homemade turkey dinner with all the trimmings? Of course not. But being smack in the middle of Magic Kingdom in February -- or April -- or July -- or -- September -- and having Mickey and Minnie and Goofy serve you a turkey dinner as if you're in George and Martha Washington's house with Disney characters as your servants -- well, it's pretty amazing!
And honestly, we've found it to be one of the more reasonably priced meals at WDW.

1 vote for Marrakesh in Epcot. DH and I loved it! The food is unique and really really good! Plus they have beautiful music and a bellydancer.

This might be a little out of the way, but Boma is the best. Plus, the AKL is a fun place to see anyway.
