I would add there a few new places that have either just opened up in Kapolei or are about to open in or near the new mall. Most are chains, but there is the new Roy Yamaguchi place called Eating House 1849 among other places

Across the street in the neighboring shopping village, there are some great places. The coffee shop (Island Coffee?) is amazing and we had acai bowls and coffee from there each morning. Monkeypod is also a great choice for dinner, it has great drinks and a cool atmosphere
