Does the Dis have Restaruant reviews? I looked on the home page and only found the menus for Restaruants. If the Dis doesn't have reviews, can anybody suggest another website?

In specific, we are looking for reviews on California Grill. My DH is a pretty "plain" eater (nothing fancy - definitly NO SUSHI!!) and I'm wondering if I can get peoples thoughts on the dishes that they offer.

Thanks in advance!!

The restaurant board here is a living, breathing WDW restaurant review. Ask about any place on property and you'll most likely get some responses. As for "plain" food, the steak restaurants are pretty safe. These would include Le Cellier at Epcot, Yachtsman Steakhouse at the the Yacht Club resort, Shula's at the Dolphin, and Concourse Steakhouse at the CR. Even Wolfgang Puck's makes a mean meatloaf and mashed potatoes plate. All of the CS restaurants offer burgers, sandwiches, etc. :earsboy:

It does. But it appears most use the boards rather than the review spots.

But they have flatbread appetizers, some nice soups, and salads, and pastas as a first course.

They usually have a Filet on the menu and Pork Tenderloin and free range chicken. The rest of the items rotate. There's usually a fish selection that rotates.

So you don't have to click seeral times to get there. Here's a direct link to the most recent. You can navigate back from there.

They are all fairly old.

This site has more recent ones.

And here's a menu from february. Keep in mind this changes often. But this will give you some idea of the type of food they serve.

When we went we had Veal Tournedos, Salmon, and Beef Tournedos between us. The Beef and Veal were excellent. The Salmon wasn't all that worth it imo. It was good but not all that much better than elsewhere. We got Sushi which was good. Deserts were Yummy. We had a good time up there.
The View is nice too. It's not all that quiet prior to the fireworks but it usually clears out afterwards and is quiet.
