restaurant reservations

Is it necessary to make reservations in advance for April or can we do it once we arrive there?

My feeling would be that you can do it when you get there. If you are there at Easter though it may be wise to reserve in advance. We've been to DLP at a very busy time and had no problems booking meals when we got there (but do book! We found out the hard way )
