Restaurant reservations

How far ahead can you make reservations for restaurants in the Disney hotels. We are going for the first time December 26-31. I know that is a very busy time so I would like to make as many reservations as I can. Thanks for your help.

Typically reservations are taken 30 days or less in advance.
