Restaurant Reservations Line

Hi,

Does anyone know what time the reservations line is open. I have just been trying to ring but was put on hold for ages. In the end I had to hang up.

Is it just a case of holding on?

I have never had to wait very long on that line. I wouldn't wait too long as it is quite an expensive call.

I have always phoned after work on a weekday - ranging from 5.00 pm until about 7.30 pm.

I've phoned at all different times and have never been put on hold, it's always been answered and dealt with immediately.
