Hi
been a while since our last DL a visit
where do I book the restaurant ?
need to call? If so till free number ?
is there a booking for fireworks or show with reserve seating ?

There is no longer a phone number for dining reservations, it is all done online.

You can reserve for a specific time 60 days ahead of your visit. The official ADR drop is at 0600 Pacific, but they sometimes appear at 3 a.m. -- or occasionally, don't show up at all until days later.
For the most coveted reservations, you definitely want to be ready to choose a time DURING THE FIRST MINUTE they become available. And you're going to want get all of them referred reserved well before you begin your trip.

You can book online or using the Disney app on your phone. You book 60 days out from your visit, at 6am PST.
