Restaurant Question

We like both. DH likes Biergarten more because of buffet style. Also, you can listen to the music. It's loud, more cafateria style tables, but certainly fun and good if you like German food (we do). Also, I don't worry so much if DS (age 2) isn't behaving well.

Chefs de France I also like a lot. It's definately a quieter place. I think price wise, it can run a bit more depending on how much you eat. It's my preference, but also the screaming child sticks out a bit more if he's having a bad day. Also, I've noticed that you can wait quite a bit after your PS time for a table - in December our wait was an additional 30 min.

Big vote for the Biergarten here! I love the buffett and the music!

The food at Chef de France will be MUCH better, but here is a way to do both;
Eat at Chef de France, then walk on over to Germany. Get a nice large Beer and walk up to the podium and say you just want to watch the show. They will seat you asap on the far left top side. :banana:

That's a good way to experience both. I didn't know you could do it that way!

That's good advice. I've never taken kids yet so only have an inkling of what to expect.

If you have kids with you go to the Biergarden. If not I recommend Chefs de France!!! They might get bored at CdF and B has the entertainment and different foods kids might be more interested in.

I'm a fan of Chefs de France over Biergarten, but that's mostly because I'm very Pennsylvania Dutch, so the food at Biergarten is pretty much what we eat at home. Chefs de France is just something really different for us. Having said that, I really do like the atmosphere of Biergarten better than Chefs de France. You get to meet a lot of people and enjoy the show.

So I guess for me, it would depend on whether you want a really cool and different atmosphere/dinner show or better food (IMHO of course).
