Hi, I know we still have a few months to go however I am thinking about which restaurants we would like to go to, and I am having trouble deciding between the following...

Blue Lagoon or Auberge de Cendrillon? (or do nether and eat in the village due to the park closing early and doing them in the summer when the park will open late?)

and Manhattan or California Grill?

We have decided on - Cafe Mickey, Walt's. Steak House, Planet Hollywood.:)

Mmmmm I have to say eating in the park when it closes earlier has its advantages. Last time I went we ate at Walts and got a table booked for 18:45 (park shut at 7. Or rather, Fantillusion started at 7). When we finally finished (at 20:30) Main street was deserted and we had some fantastic photo oppertunities with the castle all lit up. So if you can get a late table its worth it just for being able to leave the park later!

Decisions...decisions....too many restaurants and not enough days.

Sorry, I've not been much help, have I??!! ;)

We've eaten at both Blue Lagoon and Auberge and enjoyed both. I'm sure your DD will like the theming at Auberge and enjoy watching the POC boats go past at Blue Lagoon . Not eaten at either Manhattan or California Grill.

I think my dd would prefer Auberge though not sure if we should go with that as I have always wanted to try Blue Lagoon as the restaurant looks really nice, the reason that I have not done it before is the menu seems a bit exotic and I don't eat seafood however there is a few things that I could eat.:confused3

we are all choosing two restaurants each and I am the only one who has not chosen mine.
DD has picked Cafe Mickey (her fave) and Planet Hollywood.
DBF has picked walt's(his fave) and Steakhouse.

I much preferred Blue Lagoon to Auberge de Cendrillon, I found the latter really starchy and adult orientated, yes the theming in Auberge is nice, but it's all little details, the crockery for instance, would your DD appreciate that ? My niece was 3, I don't think she was overly impressed with anything other than the coach outside.
A contributing factor to my opinion would probably have something to do with our waitresses, the CM at Auberge was downright miserable, whereas at BL we were served by a really lovely CM who was attentive and friendly, I find it really makes a difference to the experience.
My meal at the BL was definately the best one I've had at the resort too.:)
