Restaurant openings/crowds in January

We are going over the weekend of the 16th Jan for a flying visit we only have the sat and sunday in the park til about 4 pm then we go but really need a disney fix lol

i know crowds will probably be lower as its low season but as its a weekend will it actually be busier ?

Also as the park is open later over the weekend will there be more restaurants open
We will probably go to Annettes in the village friday night then eat in the park on the saturday as we dont want to waste too much time if it will be busy

Should we stick to CS or book a sit down ?
I am really undecided as we aren't there for long but we may want a break

Anyone done a flying visit before and have any suggestions or thoughts ?

we were last year in mid January Thursday-Sunday and it was much busier on the weekend...

re restaurants have a look at this website closer to your trip and its got details of what is open at each part for each day...

We will make use of the EMH big time and luckily the kids are that bit older 16 and 13 so hopefully we can power through but just not sure as we are there for such a short period of time wether to bother with TS meals
