Restaurant opening times

We are going 6-9th December and wanted to have a meal in the park on our last day when we are going home probably about 4pm. When we went last year in November alot of restaurants like Walts were closed mid-week. I quite fancy the Silver Spur this time.

Does anybody recall if there are any table restaurants open during the day (midweek) within the park.

On our recent trip we had booked Walts for lunch on the Monday but when we got there it was shut. We ended up at Silver Spur that day and really enjoyed it. Unfortunately this means that even asking and booking in advance cant guarantee a restaurant will be open, but City Hall should know once you arrive. After this blip, we went in to confirm the rest of our bookings for the week and they were all ok.
Walts was open on the Thursday and Friday, and we ate there on the Friday, but these were the busy days due to French public holidays. Think Silver Spur was open every day.
