Restaurant menus

Good afternoon everyone! Reading through various menus as part of trip planning preparation, it seems like a few restaurants have pared down their menu.
Has anyone else noticed this, or is it just me?

Definitely yes. When things opened back up, I think just about every restaurant, and even quick service, went with smaller menus

When we made our ADRs, we looked at the menus and they all looked like they were much smaller than usual. Doesn't look like they have changed much since reopening.
