Restaurant Menus for Parks/Hotels?

Is there a site that has menus for the restaurants in the parks and hotels? I'd like to get an idea of what's available and costs. I did find sample menus for Emeril's restaurant at Citywalk but haven't found any for the hotels or parks. Thanks for your help
