Restaurant Menus- Breakfast to Lunch Transition

What time do restaurants, both sit down and counter service, switch from their breakfast menus to their lunch menus? Thanks!

In my experience its about 11:30.

When I asked at Carnation Cafe, I was told that breakfast ended and lunch began at 11:30. I assume it's the same at all restaurants at Disneyland.
