I'm trying to plan our ADRs for late Jan. and I've got a couple open days. I've already booked the biggies (Cindy's breakfast & lunch, Ohana bfst, Brown Derby) but I have nothing for Epcot. We're vegans, so Le Cellier doesn't appeal, and I remember being mucho unimpressed with the Alfredo Italian place. DH likes Morrocan food (the one time he's had it) so I thought maybe there ...

Has anyone eaten there, and if so, what was your impression? We'll have to call and make "special dietary" requests anyway, but overall, is the food good? The atmosphere? Is it worth the price (no DDP for us)? Will it keep us tied to the bathroom the rest of the day?

And if RM is bad, where would you suggest? We've had the Bistro de Paris and don't really want that again, and def. not the italian place. We like Chinese, but I've read they cook all their food in meat broths :scared: We're not opposed to just hitting CS, but we do like a good sit-down meal. We spend 99% of our time in Epcot in the WS, but we're open to other parts of Epcot if there's something fantastic we need to try. popcorn::

Open to any and all suggestions, the more veggie-friendly the better :) Thanks!

We just ate at Marrakesh on Aug 23, and we all loved it ! There are 4 of us, myself, DW, DD(10), and DS(15). It was the first time for us, and we had dinner. My Ds was quite impressed with the belly dancer that performs every hour. She even came to the table and took my DD up to belly dance with her ! We thought the food was excellent, from the soups and appetizers, to the entrees (my DW and I had the lamb, my DS had shishkebab, and my DD had pasta. The fruit with mint ice cream for desert was terrific ! Hope this helps. Good luck !! :thumbsup2 PS: We also ate at Coral reef and it also was excellent !

I've eaten there once with my sister and we both really enjoyed it. I think you will like it.

RM is a must do for us. :thumbsup2

Of course, DH & DS18 love the belly dancer
The food is not as authentically spicy as we'd hoped, but we still enjoy it tremendously.
The tiles can mke it a little noisy, but that's a small tradeoff for the great atmosphere.

CS is very good, too, & has some items not available at RM.

Wow. I've never read anything on here about it before, but I'm glad to see it gets rave reviews! I'll call in the morning to reserve a time. :)

The bellydancer ... does she perform on the hour or half hour or what? DH probably wouldn't care one way or the other, but I'd like to see it. Of course, he'll end up nudgenudgewinkwinking me to learn to bellydance after that meal :lmao:

We (DH and I and another couple) had dinner there in May and loved it! We had the combination (lamb, chicken, and seafood) and it was awesome. I can't remember if the belly dancer was on the half hour or hour. The guys definitely enjoyed that part of dinner. I would guess once an hour. There was also some singing and music before the belly dancer came out. Very nice atmosphere and food! Definitely try it. :goodvibes
