Restaurant Marrakesh or Biergarten for CP

We are headed to WDW the week of Christmas and have decided to give in and purchase the CP package. We will have DS (25), DDIL (28) and DD18 with us. DDIL has celiac disease. Would we be better off at the Biergarten or Restaurant Marrakesh? All 3 are okay with either but DS is concerned about DDIL getting ill from gluten. We have been to the Biergarten and like it but never to Restaurant Marrakesh. Unfortunately, they are all leaving it up to me to choose the best restaurant (even DH won't choose). DDIL is leery of buffets with her celiac disease due to cross-contamination. Thanks for your help and yes I have read the posts about celiac disease and eating at WDW.
