Restaurant invitations

Hi
Im new on here , I have booked our restaurant reservations and am looking to do an invitation for my girls, so that it looks like cinderella for example has invited them to the Cinderellas table. We have reservations at chef mickeys, ohana, park fayre, hollywood and vine, tuskers, crystal palace and askerkus. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Many thanks in advance x
