Is there a place to find out what restaurant hours are?

I know some of the closing hours will be determaned by the park hours.
What time to they open for lunch?
When do they switch to dinner menu?

Anyone know what time Donald's Safari Breakfast hours are? I want to have a full hour before the breakfast time is over.
