We are going in Feb. and I am trying to figure out our meals. We have had some poor food experiences in the past so I really want to eat some yummy food this time. I have looked at the sticky thread with all of the food photos but there are so many pictures it is a bit overwhelming.

Anyone mind posting your favorite places to eat at both Disneyland and Disneyland California. We will be needing breakfast, lunch and dinner for 5 days so I really need some different ideas.

Thank you!

DL: Breakfast: Carnation Cafe or River Belle Terrace
Lunch: Veggie Gumbo in a breadbowl at Royal Street Veranda
Dinner: French Market or Plaza Inn (fried chicken)
I also like Red Rockett's for Chicken Fusilli

DCA: Breakfast: Storyteller's Cafe (banana stuffed french toast)
Lunch & early dinner: White Water Snacks inside GCH
Lunch/Dinner: Pacific Warf Cafe (soup/salad in sourdough breadbowl)

I agree about the soup in the bread bowl!

I like the tostadas at the Mexican place by Thunder Mountain, it is big and good, we often share them.

I like Blue Bayou, my sister loves the monte cristos but I am veggie so I have only had the Mushrooms. The cookie boat is the best though, hit BB even if its just for dessert (yes they let you do this!).

I love Wine Country Traitoria at DCA, for a nice lunch or a light dinner, it is also so nice to sit and people watch, but with them below you so you don't have people watching you eat.

At DTD I love Jazz Kitchen, everything is good here, and don't be afraid to ask the servers for suggestions. And save room for desserts they have the best Beignets in the whole park (not bad for a sweet breakfast with coffee or cocoa) and bananas foster.

I also enjoyed Catal and the Vineyard Room for a more upscale dining, but Napa Rose does that best!

For simple fair and people watching I love the UVA bar in the middle of DTD.

If you want to skip terrible food, avoid Naples, especially their quick service place on DTD their food was some of the worst I have ever had!!!!!!!!

Remember also on vacation to eat your fruit and veggies or at least your fruit with Dole Whips, Pinapple Spears and Carmel Apples!!

Breakfast: Goofy's Kitchen, or pastries from Blue Ribbon Bakery

Lunch/Dinner: Carnation Cafe, Cafe Orleans

Snacks: Mangoes w/ lime from food carts, Churros, mile high chocolate cake at Golden Horse shoe review.

I have heard great things about Rainforest in DTD.....but we never made it.

I love Rainforest Cafe in DTD. Good food, lots of variety, wonderful kids meals and cool setting.

DTD there is the Wetzel Pretzel, they have a Pretzel Dog that is yummy with the hot chedder cheese dip. And best of all it is not expensive!!

DL--Carnation Cafe for yummy baked potato soup
--Cafe Orleans for great breakfast, lunch or dinner
--Rancho for Mexican food (I love the caesar salad)
--Corn Dog Cart for a heart attack on a stick!
--Dole Whip Float
DCA--Pacific Warf Cafe for Broccoli Cheese Soup in a Bread Bowl
--Storytellers Cafe in the Grand for a great Breakcast Buffet
