Though Tokyo Dining is known more for their sushi and tempura, they do have excellent plain grilled steak, salmon, halibut (this one might be seasonal), and chicken breast. Served with steamed veggies, white rice, and the sauce for the meat/fish is on the side or you can ask to have it omitted. In the years of eating here we have never had anything overcooked or sub par from their grilled menu.
DH is a plain eater, might take a bit of teriyaki sauce but that's it. He has to get to Tokyo Dining at least twice every trip. Up side is that ADRs are usually easy to get, and we find the restaurant has a much quieter atmosphere than Teppan Edo.
