Restaurant/Dining hours?

I am wondering how late some places stay open during our next trip and can't find the info (believe me, I've tried!). Please, O Mighty Restaurant Board DISers , tell me where to find the info. We'll be getting in somewhat late our first night(a Friday) and I'm wondering what places will still be serving. Also, how late do the pavilions at the Food & Wine Fest stay open and how bad have the lines been on Fridays so far?

The menus on The Dis (http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/dining/diningmain.cfm#disneydining) include hours for the vast majority of WDW restaurants.
