We are considerig staying offsite which is UNHEARD of for us LOL

anyone use restaurant.com certificates? Which ones are GOOD in Orlando area?

In the Orlando area I've bought and used certificates for Giordano's,House of Blues,BB Kings Restaurant,Garden Grove buffet,Il mulino,Bluezoo,Fiorellas Cucina and Arcanjos Bistro.

There are lots. We like Giordano's, House of Blues, and Nicks Grill at Grande Vista. We also like Bice at Loews Portofino Hotel at Universal Resort.

I believe it is kid-friendly. It was not fancy. Food was good and reasonable with the certificate. I'll be going there again in the fall. http://www.tarantinositalianrestaurant.com/

I know restaurant.com has 80% off frequently however I buy the gift certificates because some restaurants only allow a certain quantity a month. Sometimes they are not available. So when you get the GC for 80% off you can go in at the beginning of the month when they restock and get what you want. Another way to save is if you have a Discover card go through the Discover site and you will get ANOTHER 20% off which will be added to your Discover rebates. I spent 30 and got 5 back! Got 8 certificates.

I agree. We were very surprised with Bice. We have been back a couple times since.
