Can meals be booked in advance in US & IOA, in the same way as Disney has PS's?

You can make ressies for MYTHOS 30 days ahead of your planned date. I asume Confisco's would be the same.

I have no experience with the USF side for ressies

You can make ressies at Emeril's in Citywalk: 407-224-2424. At USF, you can make ressies at Lombard's Landing: 407-224-6400.

Thanks for the number for the parks.

Anyone have the number for resort hotel restaurants? I'm wondering how far in advance you can make the reservations. We will be at Universal in February - not a particularly busy time but I wanted to treat my wife and daughters to a treat on Valentine's Day at PBR and I'm guessing that reservations will be a must.

Any info would be appreciated.
