Hi all. Need quick help. I have purchased my tix to see Cirque Du Soleil for 9pm on June 4th. I want to PS a nice restaurant prior to the show in the Downtown Disney area (think that's where the show is?). I want to stay in the same area so we can go right from dinner and walk possibly to the show.

I need restaurant recommendations and also what time should I make those reservations for to ensure enough time to eat!?

I'm 11 days away and i'm starting to realize i need to plan some stuff! Also has anyone gone to the House of Blues Gospel Brunch on Sunday mornings? My WDW guide book says it's a do not miss and i will PS but want to hear if you folks have been to it!?

Thanks!!!!!!!!!

Hubby and I like the HOB's. We had dinner there in 2002 and found the food fresh, hot and not terribly expensive. We did not do the gospel brunch, so I can't comment on that. You will love the show!

We have eaten at Fulton's and we love it! Fulton's is in the downtown disney area. The seafood is great! It is pricey but we felt it was worth every penny. We had excellent service and nice atmosphere. Wonderful dining experience. We have eaten there with and without the kids. My boys love it but it is alot to pay and so we don't go anymore unless we are without the kids.
:)

Thanks! I've been wanting to PS Fulton's but wasn't sure. My guide book says it's a good one! If my show is at 9pm - what time should I make dinner PS for, 6:30pm???

Just want to make sure we have enough time to eat and enjoy! :)

I think PS for 6:30 should be fine. We eat at Fulton's every trip and love it. The only time we were there for more than 1-1/2 was when we had a group of 9 so that doens't count. It is probably only a 10 min walk to the show afterwards.

Fultons is SLOW (but Great Food)!! 6:30 should be good but I would do 6pm personally. If you finish early there is plenty to do in the DD area prior to the show. I believe they sit 20 - 30 minutes prior to the show.

Have fun!!

We've got tickets to the 6pm Cirque show in November and are going to Fulton's at 815 afterwards. I am told it is better to see the early show that way you arent rushed at dinner.
