Does anybody want to join me?

The kids went back to school today and I am looking forward to jumping back in to JM's program. I really enjoyed it the first time and am ready to dive right in on Monday.

I will be starting from the beginning again. If there is anyone that would like to join in on the fun, I'd love to have some "accountability" buddies!

Have a great weekend everyone!

Hi! I'm starting Phase One, Week Four tomorrow, but would love to be "accountability" buddies!

Hi Twingle!

So happy to have you along for the ride.

So you're starting week #4? How's it going? Are you enjoying it? Are you doing the full program (nutrition too)?

I am super excited to get started again. I had a lot of fun the first time and had really great results. I have been busy chasing kids and traveling all summer, so I couldn't (and didn't have an desire to) keep up with a program.

I am a bit out of shape as a result and know that the first couple of weeks will be challenging. But, I really am excited to get going again!

My goal is to lose the last few pounds that I need to and get back into shape. What about you?

I'm a Weight Watchers member, so I'm not following her food program, just the exercise. I really love the dvd's - can feel it working! I like how it changes so much - you only have to do each dvd twice a week, so I don't get bored.

I'm 12 pounds from my goal weight, and I'm hoping to have lost that by the time I'm done with the program. LOVE that I can know see muscles that I've never seen before :cool1:

Looking forward to getting to know you and supporting you! My kids and husband are awesome with me doing the exercises - they'll cheer me on and make sure I do it every day, which is nice.

Did you complete the whole program the first time? Do you mind sharing your results? Love to hear them!

I love how is changes too. Just when I am starting to get bored..... a new CD! It also gives me something to look forward too.

Congrats on being so close to your goal weight! And congrats on the new muscles!:cool1:

It's great to have the kiddos and hubby supporting you. That sure makes life easier.

I didn't complete the program. I only had it for a little while and when summer hit, I was too busy chasing kids and traveling that I just put it aside for awhile. I did have wonderful results though. I think that I lost around 7 pounds immediately. I know that a bunch of that was water weight but I FELT so much better. I didn't get so tired mid afternoon either. The best part is that I fit into my goal pants that I hadn't fit into in 5 years! And although I gained some weight back this summer because of bad food choices, lack of exercise and a cruise..... I can still fit into them (although they are a bit snug). I am confident that I will bounce back quickly.

My goal is to take off 8 to 10 pounds and then maintain. I really believe that that is my "happy weight" where I feel my best and can maintain that weight.

I am starting JM tomorrow morning as soon as I get kiddos and DH out the door.

I will use her eating plan for the first week to kind of reset my mind and body and then will mostly use it for everything but dinners.

I will use her CD's until I get back into my cardio stuff. I will use her toning ones throughout the program but when I start running, volleyball, tennis, racketball type stuff I will cut out the cardio CD on the days I am already active.

Usually I have volleyball once a week, tennis once a week and racketball once a week. I hope to start training for a half marathon as soon as I find a race that is close by that works with my kids' schedule.

Hmmmm..... that seems to be about it!

How are you doing the program? What are you liking about it? What are your biggest challenges?

Take care!
