How about the Kona Cafe? Im suggesting it mainly because it is my favorite restaurant, LOL!
DH usually gets the prime rib which is very good. I always get the beef terryaki which is excellent. We always find the service, food and atmosphere(I love the whole feel to the Poly) to be great.
We also enjoy it very much for breakfast.

Try Nine Dragons (China). I know that previously this restaurant received dubious reviews, but our experience was the exact opposite. We feel that it is a hidden treasure with both food and service.

On our last trip in December we ate at Olivia's at Old Key West for the first time (we are not DVC members). It was the best meal we had on our trip. I had the petite filet and lobster stuffed shrimp - excellent! Friends of ours had the prime rib that lookd very good and was not expensive. Try it - you'll like it!

Why don't you go visit DEB'S SITE and look over the menus. That's how I decided on a lot of the places where DH and I dined on our vacation to Disney.

Among your list, I see that you haven't tried Wolfgang Puck's Cafe at DD Westside or the Grand Floridian Cafe. I highly suggest both of those. DH and I dined at Wolfgang's twice because we enjoyed the service and food immensely. The Grand Floridian Cafe was our last meal at Disney and it was an outstanding breakfast.

I would definitely look over the menus in the link I've left you, it will help you out greatly! :D

We've had very good meat and potato meals at the Yachtsman Steakhouse at the Yacht Club. I've read a couple of reviews lately that said it was just so-so and a little pricey but since you are on the silver plan that's not a concern. I think it's worth a try and they do have seafood and other entrees other than beef. I'm pretty picky when it comes to prime rib and the prime rib I had there was cooked to order, tender, and tasty. We haven't tried Jiko yet but they have a varied menu and I hear they have a great steak on their menu. Plus, the AKL is worth a visit just to see it.

keep the ideas coming! you guys are making my mouth water now just thinking about it!
thanks,
mikewdw
