We just closed on Monday at OKWcool1: ) and I have a question.

We want to make reservations for November. We are not sure exactly what week we want to go, so we thought of reserving the two weeks we are considering and then cancelling once we determine when we will be there. Do they check your points to make sure you have enough before you make the reservation, or can you make a reservation even if you don't have enough points for the whole thing?

You have to have enough points available during your travel timeframe to make a reservation.

For instance, if you have a June use year, to make a November 2008 reservaton, you will have t have enough points in your June 2008 use year, even if you have to bank or borrow, to cover the reservation before they can make the reservations.

Each reservation that you make they take the points immediately out of your account. If you cancel, they have to put the points back in the account. So to answer the question, you would need enough points for both weeks. Be careful if you borrow points to do this. Borrowed points can not be returned to their original use year.
