Ressie for 6-can we split the check?

We are traveling with my sister and her family. We are staying in a villa so we will not be charging on our room key (due to not being able to set up 2 credit cards on the KTTW cards). When we dine and are not using the dining plan-can we get separate checks? There are 4 adults and two kids. Two adults and one child per family. We'll still pay the req 18% gratuity-that's not the issue.

We never had a problem with this at all. Some friends went with us, staying in a different room & both on the dining plan, and when they took our order we told them who was on who's check. They were very nice about this everywhere we went.

Yes. However, please let the server know at the start of the meal. It makes it much easier than to do the split after all food has beenn served.
