Resrving an Escape wedding with a DVC stay

Question: DF and I are having an Escape wedding on 1/25/13, we will be able to book on 5/25/12 (8 months out). We are DVC owners at BLT however we would are going to stay at BWV which means we can't book our room until 6 months out. In order to reserve our wedding we need to have a reservation booked with an minimum of a 4 night stay. How do we handle this?

Because I'm crazy I sent an email off to my wedding consultant that said they could leave it for now but they WILL need it as soon as I get that information.

I would book your home resort at 11 months then change it at the 7 month window.

Chilly - thanks for confirming that I'm not nuts, that was going to be what I would do if I couldn't find a work around.
