Response Card Help :-)

Hi all, I am working on our response cards and wondered if anyone could point me to their PJs or just post a pic of the response card wording when you have multiple events. We have a welcome event, the wedding, cake ceremony, dinner and a dessert party -- on different days of course . Thanks!
