What resort pools have waterslides? We stayed at POR last year and LOVED it... DD loved the slide. Do any other resorts have something similar (she is only 5 and YDD is 2 so we aren't ready to spend a day at a waterpark yet)

All moderate, deluxe, and DVC resorts have pools with waterslides. Only the values do not have slides.

CSR has the longest water slide out of all of the moderates. The Beach Club has a huge pool area, but imho it is best for kids a bit older. It is a bit disjointed and you can't see the whole pool area from any one spot.

yes, beach club has the best water slide, but unless you are going on with them, its kinda scary letting them go alone.
I have an only child, so my husband and I spent more time making sure my son got on the slide ok and got off ok. you have to cross over the walkway to the other side to get the slide entrance, with people walking to the parks and etc. it just gets scary. I wouldnt feel so paranoid if I had multiple children where they can go together using the buddy system....if that makes sense lol.....I loved CSR, POR and CBR, we were able to watch him get on and off and not keep having to leave the pool area like at beach club.

At BC, there is a an area with two small slides for little kids, plus the zero-entry sandy beach area is a big hit with little ones. But like others have said, you may need to split up parents and kids to enjoy this pool.

Consider the pool at AK Kidani which you can use if staying at AK Jambo. It has a large slide, a very small slide and a large interactive water play area that could substitute for a waterpark for your family.

The Luna pool at BW is great too, if you can get over the clown!

Lol. Now, The BW was our family's favorite slide. I don't see why people make a big deal out of the clown. Its a roller coaster slide and it is so fun! Its the Atlantic City 1920s Boardwalk theme, what do people expect?

BC has an amazing pool area and has something for every age, from a sand beach pool where kids can shovel to the huge Pirate Mast slide. CSR has a great slide also, we liked it. Values do not have slides.

Thanks for all your input - now I just have to figure out all the acronym's for the resorts ;)

We LOVED POR and would not hesitate to go back. After 5 days in Disney (including several 'must do' Princess interactions with my then 4 year old... her favorite thing was the pool and slide!!) .... so a good pool is a must!
