Resorts/Developments with pool homes AND main pool

Hopefully heading down again next spring. Besides Emerald Island and Windsor Hills what other "resort" developments have both homes with private pools plus a community pool? We'd be down there a week and probably only do parks at most 3 days, so it would be nice to two pool options on the other days.

Near Windsor Hills area: Windsor Palms, Sunset Lakes, Reunion Resort south of Windsor Hills on Old Lake Wilson
Off Poincianna: Terra Verde, Bellavida
On 27: Solana, Lake Davenport Estates, Glenbrook and maybe others

Some like WH, EI, WP, TV, BV have clubhouse type things along with the big pool. Sunset Lakes and some of the others just have a main pool.
