Resorts between Disney and Universal?

Is anyone aware of any rental properties located somewhere between Universal and Disney. I've been looking at maps for hours and can't seem to find anything besides Lake Buena Vista and what I've found there looks to be out of my price range. I'm looking for a 3 bedroom condo or townhome. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Also, size of party, will you have a car? Are you visiting Disney and Universal?

I should have given more info, sorry. I'm taking my stepdaughter and two grandsons so I'd like a 3 bedroom condo or townhome. We'll be there Oct 12-19 and will be visiting DW and Universal so I thought it would be nice to stay somewhere in between the two. I will have a car. Oh, and I'd like to stay in the $700-$800/week range.

We stayed at Floridays and it was sort of between the two parks (WDW and UO) - about 10 minutes to each and right in the middle and you don't have to take the highways! Right across the road from Floridays is Sheraton Vistana Villages - at both these resorts you can get beautiful 2 bedroom condos!

They are also both very close to Seaworlsd and Aquatica. The other resorts around there were Caribe Royale and a big Hilton. But I have to tell you there is quite a bit of construction going on but it didn't bother us a bit!
