I've got a few questions for those of you who split your stay between two resorts:

1. What do you do as far as packing up your perishables? I'm assuming we will have both refrigerated and frozen items that we want to move from one resort to the next.

2. About when could we expect our items to arrive from the other resort? Nothing before 4pm would be expected--but how soon thereafter should we expect to find our items moved?

3. Do we need to call down to Bell Services to have items delivered at the new resort, or will they just bring the items to the room when they arrive a at the resort?

TIA

I always pack our perishables separately (in a brightly colored bag, if possible) and label it clearly as “Perishable” and “Please refrigerate”. We’ve never had any problems! I would not include eggs or anything that may not survive the journey, but anything else is fine.

The luggage may make it to your new resort before 4 pm. Once I get to the new room, I call to check. And you will have to call for it; they have never just brought it to our new room without a call first. If you don’t hear from them after 5 pm or so, call again. Our bags were in transit from All-Star Sports to OKW once and since my cousin’s bags were with ours, (she dropped them off at our room before heading for the MK) they used her last name, not ours. Just a little mixup, but it caused some delay in retrieving them.
