I've made my list to go pick some things up while Stone is at Sylvan this AM.

Ok finished my YC photo mats and did my sample for one of my tags. Can someone take a look at it and tell me if it's ok. I don't know if it's suppose to be a surprise or not so I don't want to post if im not suppose too. It's my first swap I promise I won't always be so annoying . And one more question what is the etiquiete for the hostess gift. Thanks.

Some people like to keep things a surprise- and others show off there creations so you can do it either way.

Hostess Gifts- Some people choose to send a small something to the hostess with a swap to thank them for the time they are spending- I forget as often as I succeed in doing so myself- sometimes it is something homemade and other times it is something bought. You should not have to do this but you can if you choose to do so.

I've shopped for my supplies and am ready to go. I am working on the Everyday Swap now. But I do have supplies.

OK I just spent an hour making 1 Polynesian paper piecing and honestly, it is just not working. It took ages to make (it's an erupting volcano for the pool area) and although it looks sorta cool, it doesn't look Polynesian-y if you know what I mean? I just did a search and found lyrics to a Poly song so could I change to matted lyrics instead?
