Resort suggestions

I am thinking of going to the World in December 2012 and will probably be on my own for the trip. No worries. I have always stayed in Deluxe and wondered if I would find it a total shock (or be unhappy) at a value. I would be out at the parks all day, but at night I like a lounge to sit and have a few drinks before retiring. The values don't have any and the parks close early during that time of the year. Thanks for your help!

I've never stayed at a value, but as a solo traveller I've stayed in two moderates and loved it. My fave was Port Orleans French Quarter because of their lounge and live music. If you like having a night-cap I might look into a moderate over a value, but that's just my opinion.
