Besides the special offer of 30% for resorts, has anyone ever had a special come up when they are checking the rates online?

About a year ago when I was booking a resort on the phone, a special rate came up for the Boardwalk. I am wondering if that ever happens online or if that is just something that pops up for the reservation specialist on the phone.

I would post over on the resort discounts codes and rates board at the top of this board.

There are people there always discussing the types of codes and discount rates they are seeing.

What may have happened is the CM could see a "pin code" attached to your name. Something that may have been issued to you via mail and you had not seen, etc.

Thank you! I now know about pin codes so I always check my disney mail.
You are right, maybe I just didn't know about it.
