Resort Security Question

What are the resort security guards looking at/for when they view your driver's license? Some guards take a quick peek at it and hand it back while other guards look at it long enough to memorize every bit of information.

It's part of the security "show". Just like how some guards will dig into your bags at the park bag check, while most give a quick glance.

It's not so much about what they are looking for, but looking at your reaction to them looking. Same with the bags at the parks. I know it seems they don't do much in searching the bags, but personnel is around watching reactions to the bags being searched.

So if you have hidden your forbidden snacks in your bag, be cool.
